Bridgestone Turanza - Very trust worthy!

Hey folks, I have been running Turanzas for about 15000+ kms on my OHC, mostly on hiways...these tyres have seen worst of the roads and in my recent trip it performed very well on wet roads! Couple of times had to break hard(on wet road) the car stopped the way it normally does on dry road...

Certainly this tyre is made for the Indian road conditions...and works beautiful on wet roads too!

For sure, This is a all terain(where ever a car can go) and all weather tyre

Agreed. I switched to Turanzas from Potenzas in my Accent CRDi around 20000 kms ago..

Turanzas are quieter, more comfortable, wear less and are more resistant to punctures.

However, I still feel that the Potenzas had better grip - braking and cornering.

I have Turanzas too on my vRS. The main reason I went for them for the quiteness and I have to say - I am not dissapointed.

Switching over to Dunlops any day now.

Lohith its a co-incidence that you posted this now.

Today I spoke to t-bhpian Nikhilb (of Madhu's) to arrange for a set of Turanza's for my friends zen.

His previous set of turanza's were abused... not used in coorg and what not, really great performance with all that thrashing.

Dont how many times have gone via shairadi for last 2 years in those horrible road conditions... these tyres never complained

Not sure is there is any other tyre which has the same characteristic??

The zen clocked about 65000km on the turanza's. A major chunk of that was BLR-Sidhapur and a lot of coorg/estate driving.

Back tyres still has tread left but he decided to replace all 4.

I am also using it on m800. it has clocked 16k and still looks new. I guess it comes as standard fitment on BMW india too.

Hey! I was also interested in getting Turanzas for our old accent due for a show change!

How much did the Turanzas set you back by? What size?

How would these go for my brand new Verna?

barcode, not sure about the rim size of accents, mine is 13/70/185

You certainly can go for Turanzas( for verna) The top speed these tyres can take is 205kmph which the same as potenzas..

Have seen these tyres on Civics..Accords

Turanzas are generally awesome tyres. They can take a lot of abuse. And provide very decent levels of grip.
