Getz GLS upsize and new alloys

Hi everybody

Just got new set of tyres and alloys for my ride. Was running Yokos and HR alloys on 185 R13s. Now upgraded to 205 50 15 and changed the alloys to Lenso Samurai series. The spokes and the lip of the rim is chrome , rest of the alloy is white. Since there was an uphave size in tyres, have lowered the vehicle using Eiback ProKit springs , have lowered the car almost about two inches. This can be seen as now the tyres fill up practcally the whole wheel arch

Alloys Chrome and White Lenso Samurai Series

Tyres Yokohama S drives 205 50 15

Hi Sanjz

The car looks lovely with those alloys and the 205-50-15 tyres. Good show. I must say that is a very fine and elegant looking set of alloys. Lenso Samurai series huh ? Shall keep this model in mind for later when I get my new car. Congrats on the wheel and tyre upgrade once again ! How much did you spend on them ?

Warm regards,
Venkat

sanjz,
Great alloys + tyres + car combo. But are they from the Samurai series ? Don't remember seeing this design. Plus the Samurais have a red logo with some oriental stuff written on the cap.

thanks fountainheader,

This particular Samurai Series alloy was imported by the dealer just a couple of days back. The identification is SC01 white if i am not mistaken. The logo is not clear as the snaps where taken indoors.will post day light pics.

Superb set of alloys; great choice. And they suit the white Getz very well.

That's pretty expensive. Did you buy them from the showroom (that would explain the pics being taken in an authorised service station too).

GTO

Thanks I have picked them up from the importer, they where put on the vehicle at my friends place who owns this ***, he also mods cars and goes by the name The Automators, These alloys where expensive as they are lighter than the usual lensos almost 1/3 the weight some technical term like they being cold diecast techology was used ,really dont know how far its all true or not , but yes the weight diffrence was there to see when compared to other lensos.
