Alloys for an old carb zen - Where in Bangalore?

This is for a dear friend, who managed to buy an old carb Zen for 90k and then spend 68k on it's repairs. Now that he has spent so much, it makes sense to keep the car, so he has decided to splurge on alloys.

I guess the tire sizes are 155/65R13. Does 5.5J alloys stick out a lot? Is it easy to procure 5J alloys?

I am looking for good places for shopping alloys, have no clue about the accessory scene in Bangalore. If anyone has shopped for Zen alloys in the recent past, please give an indication of the price as well.

Is the PCD 114 for Zen?

help me.

Stock size is 145/80 R12 ( unless it was changed ) . Yes its 114 PCD . 13 inch you have good choices, but not in 12 inch ,limited .You should give a shout to local tyre and alloy expert (nikhil) .

Carb Zen always came with 13 inch wheels AFAIK.
Try in JC Road, you have plenty of shops in JC Road for Alloy wheels.
5.5J alloys will scrape the wheels arch if you go for a broader tyres.

You will not get any good quality alloys in 12" 114.3 PCD. However, you do get Plati stuff.

You can get SSW in 13" 114.3 PCD.

If you go in for 12", then the ideal tyre size is 145/80 R12 or 155/70 R12. Mostly, it will be 5j.

But in 13", you will get ONLY 5.5j. The ideal tyre size is 155/65 R13 or 165/60 R13.

M.A.S.S has some good 12" for the Zen/800. You'd like to drop in there too. Try Sagar Automobiles. Multispoke ones are the best of the lot they've got. Let me check if I have a snap of the same. I did, got to search the same.
