Mitsubhisi galant 03' tyre upsizing

The stock i have on are
195/65/r14
PCD:114.3
4bolt pattern.
now i have an option of getting two alloys
1)8bolt pattern 17"
2)8bolt pattern 16"

will these rims fit my car.
also im confused what type of tyres shold i buy.I dont care for ride quality since the roads here in qatar are baby bum smooth!
please advice. I have to get this deal through by 10pm India time today.Cheers

If any of these alloys have an option for 4-hole 114.3 PCD, they will fit. Since the alloys are 8-hole, I'm sure they are multi PCD. If one of those PCDs are 114.3, then no problems.

About tyres, it's better if oyu give us the options available in your local market. We can then help you instead of suggesting tyres blindly.

thank you so much for that link. i wont have to ask another question ever about tyres anymore.im a bit confused about offsets though. i have decided on 225/40/r17(1.03%) or 205/45/r17(.33%)

the alloys are a perfect fit....very comfortable too. i got 205/55/r16

@nims: the 205/55R16 are the standard size in the GTZ variant which I have.
It is the best considering the performance of the vehicle.
