Pirelli P6 - How are these tyres?

The quest for new tyres on my Verna CRDI has led me to researching various options in 195/60 R14 size. Recently my dealer pointed me to these tyres, the Pirelli P6. Pattern looks something like this:

Pirelli P6 - How are these tyres?-pirelli-p6.jpg

I was told that these would be as durable and comfortable as the Yoko A-Drives I'm currently scooting for, but slightly more sporty. Is this correct? Can anyone give me any reviews of this particular model of tyre?

Also, he's asking for Rs 3900 per tyre in 195/60R14. Is this an ok price?

Thanks. In the first thread I found out that someone in Delhi had seen P6 tyres for sale at 3.1K per tyre. In the 2nd and 3rd I found a one line comment which said Raveendra had used P6 in his Corsa and found the tyres to have excellent road grip. The other tyres mentioned are P5 and P7.

How about some real, substantive reviews from actual users of the P6?

And to the mods - I do realize that there are hundreds of threads I'll find with the catch word "Pirelli". Been there, done that. But I'm looking for Pirelli P6 reviews in particular, and the forum doesn't allow searching for 2 letter words. So I have no option but to put up a product specific thread

I'm still a Yoko fan. Already mentioned somewhere that A-Drives are what I'm rooting for.

C-Drives fit my kind of usage perfectly, except they're available only in 185/65 R14. Not the 195/60 R14 upsize I've decided to get.

Indo Radial Club gave me the choice of the Pirellis, hence this thread. Otherwise I'm taking quotes from both Minku and Lamba.

Yes we know that its difficult to search for a short word & also that not enough information is available and that's why the thread is open & not closed

I gave you the links so that you get some info.

Btw if you use the black skin then you can use the Google search on top which has not restriction on number for characters, i hope this helps

Have you not been asked to consider AVS ES100s?
You could also look at BF Goodrich in the size. GSport IIRC.

Re: Pirelli P6 - How are these tyres?

Quick question is it worth it to pick up Pirelli 205/55 R 16 for 22K set of 4 tyres used 2500KM. Could anyone advise.
