13"x 5J pressed steel rims needed

The offset value is cast into the alloy on the inside, near the hub where the values of PCD, rim width and ET (offset value). Look for a number next to 'ET'. Thats the offset value.
I'm attaching pictures that will show you where you'll find the numbers. Note that the ET value is not present in these pictures.

I changed the rims and tyres on my zen today. The wheels are prestige 13inch 5.5J. +ve offest, forgot the number. Tyres are A539s 175/60 r13. The wheels were touching the mudflaps on the front right side when the tyres are fully turned towards the right side. Fixed that temporarily by removing the mudlaps, the mudflap was anways sticking out a bit.
I feel like the insides of the front right tyre is rubbing against the body when cornering hard on the right, will confirm that after driving around more. Right i can see very faint marks on the tyres. Not sure how to fix that, any ideas?
my mechanic says the knuckles and the wheel bearings need to be changed, but i am not sure how that is going to help. Can someone recommend a specalist whom i can see in Mumbai to get this fixed..dont want to put spacers or increase the height.

P.S tyres cost 2860/piece. Alloys 12k for 4.

Front tires are touching on the inside or outside ?

The rear tires are not touching anywhere ?

Its touching on the insides. As in, only the front right tyre is touching when turned fully towards the right at higher speeds ( probebrly when the suspension is compressed ). The rear wheels did touch the body once when i over a speed bump with out slowing. I think i need stiffer suspension at the front and the rear. Any thoughts?

The front tires rubbing the inside part of the wheel well isn't a big issue and anyways u can't do anything about it other than putting the spacers to pull the tires outside. I managed 30k kms with the same issue before selling off the car.

In most cases one of the rear tires scrapes with the quarter panel and the rubber will get chipped off. Keep an eye on that.

You definitely need to get the fender rolled, a bit.

These are pics of the rear wheel well of my car. Is is possible for you to mark on these pics so that i know where exactly i should get them rolled. How do they do it? i mean is it as simple as hammering it a bit? As of now i havent driven around with the car fully loaded with people, so there are no marks on the tyres to tell me where it might touch.

You are correct, those are indeed 5.5J. I checked around with few reputed shops like saifee in Santacruz. Even they didnt have any 5Js in 13" 114.3 PCD.

I was out driving on the highwat for around 300 kms yesterday and the rear wheels were brushing to some part of the body on few occasions on uneven roads. Since it was raining i could not make out any marks on the tyres. If there is someone is Mumbai who can work on the rear fenders and knows how to fix it, i dont mind going to him. Looking for suggestions.

Hi KPzen, i am trying to understand that diagram but still cant get it.

What exactly is a jig? is it some kind of tool to shape the fender and give it a curvy shape? I have modified your digram a little to show you how i have comprehended it. Not sure if i am on the right track.

The fender/wheel well fix seems to be a common one on the zen and has been done by many, but i still havent managed to figure out what exactly needs to be done. Can someone help me out with this? my body shop guy is advising me against hammering the fenders from inside of the wheel well.

guys i need a new set of tyres for my e-zen, i currentlky have 165/60/13 and needed new tyres so i was thinking should i go in for 170-60-13 i plan to downgrade for alloys to stock esteem as i have issues so alloys getting bent so the move to stock alloys, will it scrape in the front while turning?

Mostly it will scrape the front fenders+ rear wheel archs.
I would suggest you to stick to 165/60/13 tyres.
Please go through the above posts as how to aviod the scraping of tyres.
Heck when I had put 145/70 R13 tyres with 5.5J alloys, my rear wheel used to royally scrape the rear wheels.
I did put spacers + hammered the rear wheel archs, Everything was fine later.
These were the spacers which were put in my ZEN

what size are the spacers ? are they 2 " ??so why cant i put 175 tyres and hammer the rear wheel arches + spacers ? will it still scrape ?
