Do wider tyres affect FE ??

Yep, it is the rim diameter. Not radius.

actually in my case it did not,i switched to 205/60r13 on my indica from 185/60r13 and i felt no adverse effect on on my FE,i still get the superb FE.

i fng the eagle f1 tyres a bit noisy and unsuitable to bad roads.
