This is #47 of 50 Elises created by Lotus Sport, the motorsports arm of Lotus. Notable items:
  • Ohlins remote reservoir coilovers independently adjustable in compression (22 settings) and rebound (60 settings), plus ride height adjustment.
  • 5 position adjustable front anti roll bar
  • Rear Track Control Arm Brace
  • Traction Control
  • Forged lightweight aluminium wheels
  • Race compound Yokohama Advan 048 tyres
  • Racing clutch
  • twin oil coolers
  • Racing bucket seats with provision for a 4 point harness
  • T45 reinforced steel roll over hoop and harness mounting bar
  • Steel brake lines
  • removable bolt on hardtop
  • Painted on stripes (they are under the clear coat)
  • Lightened by removing all sound insulation and carpeting. the interior is just a pair of racing seats bolted into a bare aluminium tub.
  • Stage II exhaust
  • Hartop (not installed in these pictures)

v1p3r Not a big fan of the colour scheme, but you gotta love the spec on the car. How many cars come with an adjustable ARB and independent bump and rebound control? Nice track tool. Think about the Trust or TRD supercharging kit, if this is the Toyota 1.8. 28th January 2009

Harbir Thanks! Yes, its very hard to live with. Twice I did 800kms per day in it, but I hesistate to do that now. Thinking of taking it to the track. 5th December 2007
