The car was finally scrapped on 18th March 2009. They would simply not allow us to privatize it. We respect the law of the land, and did not want to do anything illegal to preserve the car. The car was driven to the scrapyard, not towed. It was in full working order. My driver cried when they took away the car. We lost a family member that day! RIP

And it seems to me you lived your life like a candle in the wind.
Never knowing who to cling to when the rain set in.
And I would've liked to've known you but I was just a kid.
Your candle burned out long before your legend ever did.
