look at the above link, you can get idea, how thermocol is stuffed and shaped into super cars.

all the best konjaril, like to see the V8 soon in flesh.

konjaril Well chanu the car is built in fiberglass..i will try to be as brief as possible

a. blocks of thermo col stuck on the car after car is ridden of all it stock metal skin
b. the thermocol blocks are shaped with hand tools and papers to create a pattern of desired shape

c. fiberglass molds are created after the thermocol pattern is surface treated

d. Final pieces of super light yet super strong panels are made strength test-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=svcoTIr-SH4

chanu Looks like a next gen car emerging, seems to be a head turner? what are those blocks on the car, and how is that the body shaped up as per you plan without any metal work, its surprising how is it done, can you please eloborate. 5th October 2010
