The rugged workhorse of the garage.
Equally at home on the flooded and potholed excuses of roads in hyd and also on the smooth highways.
Will crunch miles on miles endlessly.
As far as I know the only Explorer edition in Hyderabad until our neighbour liked the stickers and bought his safari shortly after.
Unlike many, ownership has been fairly niggle free.
Except for a few (read:many) rattles and shitty tata service from time to time, the car has never had a breakdown or a failure of a crucial component.
Explorer Kit included
-Blaupunkt touchscreen ICE
-Compass decals on bonnet and rear quarter panel(left)
-Front nudge guard
-Explorer badging on front left fender, tailgate and right fender
-Footmats
-Air freshner ( Air wick new zealand springs ...best ever)
MODIFICATIONS
-- Headlights are HIDs on low(projectors) and high beam both. Terrible response during rain and highly scratched windshield after 7 years.
- FULL ICE upgrade.
- -Headrest monitors
- There were initially two evovision monitors which came with a separate headrest altogether.. One master screen and one slave.
- They broke and were replaced with the OEM head restraints and a clip on type mount for new monitors with android.
- PPF to prevent explorer decals from starting to peel off at highway speeds
- Full floor lamination with black synthetic material over the factory carpet

ice upgrade- PIO AVH-X8750BT FLIP OUT
- Soundgate 50.4 amp (it's the worst, wouldn't recommend) NOW CHANGED to JBL A9004
- Polk audio mm1604 Components up front
- Factory coaxials in the back
- Pioneer tsw shallow mount 9'' subwoofer bridged over two channels and the remaining two are for the front and back speakers combined(ik it's bad, will change)
