Re: My Garage Display featured in the TOI

Good god, even if this is just a day old, how did I miss this thread? Jaw droppingly awesome collection there, all of it culled over years of dedication and love. Hats off to you sir. A connoisseur of almost anything is worth tipping the hat to, and you're quite the connoisseur when it comes to cars, to put it lightly.

This must be your pride and joy, and rightly so. Thanks for this, rating this thread a thoroughly deserved 5 stars.

Awesomely awesome!!
I do not keep much knowledge of vintage but this place is so alluring. I would so love to sit in this ambiance and click pictures with these beauties.

You sir, have inspired me today to build something like this during my life time. Hats-off to you

Just wow. The cars, the arrangement; everything is just superb. So tastefully done and there is a tinge of nostalgia in the air. A must visit place in Chennai for me now.

Re: My Garage Display featured in the TOI

Requires a lot of passion, devotion and above all perseverence to build a collection of this magnitude.

My 13 year old son has a sizeable collection of scale models. I will direct him to this thread and I am sure his is going to fall off his chair.

Sincere regards to the owner of this collection.

Re: My Garage Display featured in the TOI

Magnificent collection, sir !
I can't even imagine the time you would have spent getting this together and the amount of taking to maintain it would be... phew... a lot !

You deserve all the appreciation you can get for your efforts. Good job !

BTW I think you should start looking for one thing which is quite popular among car collectors. An old style SHELL petrol dispersal machine. It will look simply fantastic with this collection.

@Dussey Sir,
Wonderful collection.
I hopefully would like to see myself in a more or less same state, 20 years from now!

Re: My Garage Display featured in the TOI

Pure bliss ! I cannot imagine someone doing this in apna India.

The attention to detail in arranging them is just brilliant, speaks volume about your dedication and respect for the vehicles and items associated with them.

Best of luck sir and may your garage or I should say holy vintage auto temple keeps growing with more classic beauties.

Re: My Garage Display featured in the TOI

A very great collection Sir! Hats off to you and your undying passion for cars.

I really loved your scale model collection as I too am a fan of scale models (but not much of a collection to boast off).

The way you have meticulously kept your collection in your Garage (or should I say Museum) reflects your passion and it shows that you a rare kind of person who will do anything to pursue your passion.

If I get to visit Chennai anytime then I'll surely pay a visit to your one-of-a-kind Museum.

All the best and may your efforts be recognized internationally!
