GS i wish the cars would still be available in these prices.... knock knock back to 1lac plus prices of the real world.

Manvendra Singh is the author of the book "THE AUTOMOBILES OF THE MAHARAJAS" . he is also the co-author of the book "HOW THE MAHARANIS CONQUERED THE ROADS" .

Karl, I have the first book Automobiles of the Maharajas. Didnt know about his second book. Will see if its available in the book stores in Delhi.

Uh, sorry bout the delayed reply on this one but looking at the Herald pic. more closely this time I realised that you guys meant the bumperguards (or overriders), which have indeed been painted over! Maybe he forgot to tell them to take it off or, as Cyrus says, he's getting a shoddy job done on it (although the paint finish looks good enough atleast in the pic.)...

Do send me more pics. of this car as the restoration progresses...

GS that is a wonder ful ..and very historic scan pic u hav provided

can ne one post pictures of the commercial trucks and buses listed.
its gng to be a big task but wuld love to see those pics..
