It looks more exciting than a 190SL; those trademark gills on the side, it's likely a 300SL Cabrio/Roadster!

Kasli has already identified it as the Gondal 300SL.

These are not coupes but are sports cars. I could not resist posting them here as they appear as coupe in the hard top option

Sports cars come with a option of removable hard top or commonly called as Winter Top. These are used in winter when the weather is very cold. Sports cars we mostly used with an open top, but had the option of a removable soft & hard top, so as to be used in all types of weather.

Here is an import which has pricked the interest of many a enthusiast. There has been much appreciation on this import, on account of the desirable body style. These pictures have done many a rounds on Whatsapp, which is also my source.

Owned by a BHPian, this 1941 Cadillac Coupe is currently under restoration.

Here is another large coupe, from Goa this time. This 1957 Buick Special Coupe is wrapped and shut out, as it is part of a property under litigation. I do hope that this car is rescued at some point. Would be a great cruiser in Goa

1957 Buick Special is identified by the 3 port holes. Had the car been a Roadmaster, it would have had 4 port holes

I somehow remember the car as a convertible - subject to correction.

Great captures of the Bi-Turbo and the 356! - so seldom seen. While the 356 (and its subsequent derivatives) all had rear engines, the original 356 prototype had a mid-engine lay-out!
And the t/c'ed Maseratis of the late 80's & early 90's - among the worst years in this marque's colourful history - were reportedly offered without the benefit of an oil cooler, as reported in the press during Ferrari's take-over of the marque in the late 90's!

I often find that there's some nugget of information one comes across, which throws a whole new light on one's earlier views.
