Amir's rolls looks stunning in the picture, almost as if she belongs there.

At the risk of sounding biased, for me at least, this continental is the best and worthy of leading the Indian contingent.

Seven cars from India are going, many more were invited but declined.

Hope to see all the entrants here, wish them all the best for a lovely drive there.

Looks like the car has been brought back to stock.

Hope we get the see the other cars which are being shipped too.

The above are literally "Snippets" from Google Books.

If anyone can find a copy of the monthly "The Feudatory and Zemindari India" Vol 9, Issue 2, 1930 in one of our great Public Libraries, it would be much appreciated. Believe it was published from Madras.

So, the previous black colour scheme seems to have been pretty authentic.

Thank you for the pics Kartik! Do you have any more details about the selection criteria for participating in PB? Is this by Invitation only? Would love to know how they select the participants and what categories do they have? I think the "Cars of the Raj" was a new entrant this year, right?

I had read about the Rolls Royce Continental II in an issue of BS Motoring and immediately fell in love with it. Seen it in person in 2004 at the Economic Times Rolls Royce Centenary Rally (Pics : Economic Times Rolls Royce Centenary Rally. Includes 2004 Rolls Royce Phantom) along with the Phantom and many other RR's. For me, this was the STAR of the rally then and I really feel so happy that this car won prize in the "Cars of Raj" category. Hats off to the owner and the team that worked on the restoration. Would love to see this car in person someday
