He shared this on 20th April itself, saying that "the Dennis is back" so probably its back from restoration.

Here is a great picture of Maulana Shaukat Ali entering prison, it should be between 1919 to 1923 as this was the time he was jailed.

Is there any chance you can translate the letters on the registration for me? I am guessing it is an Uttar Pradesh number and it might help work out if the third letter is by RTO or by vehicle class.
