An Ambassador OHV advertisement (through FB friend Mr Manoj Kumar). They use Hindusthan here and not Hindustan. HM in its later years preferred "Hindustan" without the "h".

Here is a Premier range leaflet that I haven't seen before, appears to show some parts of the plant as well. Note the blue wagon parked outside the main building.





Note the last item in the range - Premier Prince industrial engines. Many years back I had seen a big lot of them in the scrap market - as good as new, painted in olive drab - they presumably had some military application. I wish I had the foresight to buy one of them, I doubt any survive. I did pick up the tappet cover though, which had the Prince script lettering on it.

Needless to mention was lucky to get my hands on this well-preserved, original sales brochure leaflet of the Standard Gazel mk2 (fixed bonnet) dated May 1976.....from an eBay seller in Australia! Worth the money paid though; real hen's teeth! Especially considering that we (ironically) don't get such stuff here in India itself!
Hoping I could find one of one of the Standard Herald variants too one day!

This advertisement is not related to Car. It is a shipping company advertisement. Scindia Steam Navigation Company.

The Scindia Steam Navigation Company was one of the oldest Indian shipping companies. Founded in 1919, It was the first large-scale Indian owned shipping company and started an India — Europe service with the Loyalty (ex-RMS Empress of India), but was forced to sign a 10-year agreement with British companies and its shipping route was restricted to the Indian coastal shipping trade for this period.
