#B131MX, a 1939 Bentley 4-1/4 Litre with a very nice Park Ward 2-door pillarless saloon body, is currently being offered for sale in the States. Earlier in the forum and in the literature it was mentioned that this car was delivered new to India. The seller mentions it was delivered new in New York in 1940.....Anyone knows?

I have the first owner listed as an 'S M Swenson'. Afraid I don't have any more details. Very smart car.

Yes; and almost all from scratch on the Bentley.

The Cadillac has quite a few "borrowed" parts from the Jo-Han kit (radiator, wheels / tyres and lamps). The body is all hand built though. The Jo-Han kit is in 1/25 scale, hence a bit smaller than the Bentley at 1/24.

I have been able to gather more information on the John Webb's Bentley, which was in Bangalore. The car is still with the family, but in Australia.

Not sure if covered in this thread earlier - 1946 Bentley Standard Steel saloon, chassis #B42AK. Originally light grey, then maroon, and now silver and metallic blue. Originally Baroda, later Powwalla family, and presently Naresh Kotak.
