I (and you may) remember a similar-looking modified Herald in Pune owned (and modified) by a local collector, was featured in an automobile magazine too, around 15-20 years ago? Any idea if the car still exists?

Remembered seeing a similar nosed herald a couple of months earlier in the camp area in pune although the lights are different.

I think this was the same one I was referring to- only it had 4 headlamps on the bonnet earlier (and looked all the more outrageous then!)
