Many American classics are seen in the movie, but due to poor print I'm just sharing this 1958 Chevy Impala that we have seen in many films before.


A Ford Galaxie convertible that belonged to Premnath, and survives in Bombay.

A handsome 1952 Cadillac convertible, unfortunately not clear enough to see the plates.

This two tone MG roadster is seen in many films

Opera House (1961)

A host of 'baby' taxis common at the time in 1950s and 60s Bombay - Ford Prefects, Hillman Minxes and Baby Hindustans. We don't see a single Fiat so far.

We see Ajit at the wheel of a Jaguar XK120 - we've heard many times that Ajit had one, perhaps this was his own car.

The familiar Packard convertible makes yet another appearance

A Pontiac convertible of around 1952 is seen. Also seen in the film 'Jabse Tumhe Dekha'

A 1955 Dodge Kingsway Hearse conversion. Same one was seen in 'Muqaddar Ka Sikandar'.



A Mazda 1800(?) Luce that we also saw in 'Awaaz' and 'Main Awaara Hoon'.




A Sunbeam Alpine roadster seen in multiple films, it survives in Coimbatore.

Interestingly enough a second Packard convertible is seen, this time in LHD. It is also a move veteran, but this is the first time I'm seeing it in a colour film. Wonder if it survives. Condition still looks very good here.



A 1959 Chevrolet makes a small appearance.


It quickly morphs into a 1960 Chevrolet Impala for the scenes shot in Goa.
