Bombay traffic from 1973-74 is seen. It's great to see a Hindustan 10, Austins, Morrises and also a 1959 Chevrolet Impala in the song video. Incidentally, the actress Vidya Sinha and actor dramatist Dinesh Thakur are no more. Actor Amol Palekar is also seen and he was the film hero whereas Dinesh Thakur played a side hero's role.

Nice find. The 1959 Chevy seen is not an Impala but a Bel Air, surviving in Bombay with a fellow member, now red and white. The registration numbers match.

A black Dodge Suburban is featured in the song.

Enjoy this hilarious scene on the serene outskirts of the then Bombay city in the film "Bombay to Goa" (1972).Kishore Kumar's own car is seen here with his driver cum Secretary in real life named Abdul. In fact, Abdul handled all accounts, payments, defaulters and was his full time Secretary cum driver till 1982. In fact, the Abdul part at the end is edited in this video. Enthusiasts may please see the full picture. Along with Mehmood his own bother Anwar is the bus driver for the "M. P. Travels" bus.

Another scene from the same comedy film. An Ambassador Mk II with Shatrughan Sinha drives past on the Bombay-Panaji highway. Please observe a minibus whose posterior is seen moving in the other direction. It is a Jeep FC 160 of the era with such a body that was supplied to buyers. This had the hurricane engine. Body was perhaps by Nicholas.
