The Green one actually was used by Dr. S Radhakrishnan (India's 1st President) and as is tradition with most Bhogilal's cars where they name their cars this one is appropriately named "President". The red Mercedes(the 3rd photo) belonged to the King of Nepal and is I believe a 220 Series.

Whats happening on the 7th Karl. I haven't got any intimation too but ill find out and let you know.
Im game for the 7th (although im traveling till the 5th) I think food at Dorabjee's is far far superior to George's but yes the Caramel custard is great, second only to Britannia's at Mumbai.

The white 230 SL ,if I am right, was imported around 1977 by a statistician who worked for the UN in Bangkok. Came home one day from school to find this sitting outside my house. His wife, a real fat lady was visiting my mom. I understand agents were chasing him from the customs house to sell. He kept it for a couple of years before selling.

Theres a vintage and classic rally at the Meridian on the 7th apparently. Ill put up details once it is confirmed. Come, it should be good fun.

Yes the car is very familiar but is not Sethna's car. That was white and the number was different.
Cyrus, please shift the date of the FCCCI meet from the 7th Sept. as it will clash with the 7th rally which a lot of FCCCI members including you, im sure, would like to be part of. Please discuss with other members in the appropriate thread and shift it.

Has it been confirmed? Have not heard a word about it. Is it a VCCCI rally?
