Lovely Pics! Funny how the white seems to be the best looking color on the W115! Anyone seen a black 114/5??

I have seen a Black one with Beige leather seats many years back. It looked really classy.

w111 MB 220 Fintail in satna

I came across the car in the link below sometime in Decmber last year.In fact I was even considering purchasing the car as it was the rare American model.Dont know much about the actual condition of the car and the costs involved in bringing the car upto shipshape though. All trims are more or less intact.

Hey V16,

Thanks a lot! It looks gorgeous actually better than the white! I shall go for the same for my w115. I am confused between white and red interiors. What do you think? White? Red?

Black car with red MB Tex - timeless, you cannot go wrong. Plus you will go nuts keeping a white interior clean.

Not white at all, as Karlos mentioned. Red IMHO is too typical so i would go with;
Beige.

or better still

Tan

As i mentioned a few posts back you should go for black with beige interiors. This would look the best on your car.

Have a look at the picture below. Black + Beige. Difference is in the number of doors, yours has four, mine has only two. That is why a 108 would have been a much better buy, specially since you anyway brought so many parts from abroad. But never mind, do make yours a helluva 115!!

Cheers harit

Aww so nice of you to take my advice . This was a colour scheme of a car which i had seen and i really loved. It was also a W115.

Your car seats look like they have got polythene on it or is it the light reflecting ? I will say remove those out please.

Always prepared to take good advise from anybody. Only, this car was ready before you and myself joined this forum.
It is both, polythene and light reflecting.......from polythene. Seats do have plastic covers on them, kept for preservation for the time being.
You are very observant, I must say.

Cheers harit

I would remove the covers if the car would go for any particuler event but i am sure you have your reasons for not and have done weighed the pros and cons before doing so.

Thank you for your compliment.
