Yes, That car is KLT-24XX and is a black Plymouth Savoy fitted with an Alwyn Nissan Diesel engine since 1991 and was single owned by the prominent Planter family and is still owned by them.This car was even offered for sale in 2004. Now it has been restored

The light blue one in the last picture, I think is a Tercel.

No It is not an original tourer
as said earlier all Morris minors had Trafficators till 1960
These are most likely indian make repro tail lamps.ITALIAN TORINO make tail lamps are a rarity.

Yes, its most likely a mid-90s Tercel.

I think Tercels and Starlets were the most commonly seen imports in north Kerala around the 2000-2005 timeframe. We used to see one of them almost every time we drove through Malappuram in those days.

Did any one noticed the pillar on the RHS fender , what will be the purpose of that? May be estate light?

Not an estate light!!!
It is lighted Fender flag pole an accesory used mainly in European Cars
