classics of Travancore, Cochin and malabar - the thread dedicated for the classics and vintages found across kerala

let me start with- this car will be quite famous because its the well known antique in film industry, and it belongs to famous art director from kerala

Nice thread. There're lots of classics hidden in various parts of Travancore, Kochi and Malabar together which makes up the God's own country.
Hope we can bring all of them out here in this thread.

@Foby. It would be better if you could rotate the pictures before you post here.

Its a Willys station-wagon:

willys station-wagon - Google Image Search

These were originally with 6 cyl. Hurricane and Tornado engines, and were 4-wheel drive, later many were dieselised!

Does Thiruvithamcoor Maharaj got a lot of cars ?If someone can get some pics ,will be nice :)
also ,I read in some magazine about the Buick models etc available with TKM group ,Kollam.
same with Nest group too.
There are such old cars maintained by prominent rubber estate owners in Pala and Kottayam.but not accessible for pics may be!

the snaps which i took from the motor show in thrissur ,

some more , the pontiac and the morris eight belongs to the same owner

Very nice collection of car's.

It would look more better if the pic are from the Camera and not from the M.Camera.

Found on NH-47 between Kollam and Trivandrum, On its way to restoration after the body work...

Also the headlights have been modified. Should be small but oval.
Good Luck whoever owns it.
