This is the final call for entries for “Vintage & Classic Drive” to Neemrana Fort Palace presented by Standard Chartered Bank on Sunday the 30th of November, 2008. All Members/ Non-members with their immediate families, driving in a Vintage/Classic car and Vintage/Classic motorcycle/scooter (manufactured upto 1970) are invited to this Drive. We have already received 45 entries and can now accept only 5 more entries. If you have not already confirmed your participation, please do so today.

Please note that the flag off is from the Crowne Plaza Today Gurgaon, Sector 29, National Highway – 8, Gurgaon NCR at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday November 30, 2008. Breakfast will be served from 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The Flag Off will be at 9:00 a.m.

Lunch at Neemrana Fort Palace is complimentary for 4 persons (including children) per classic car and 2 persons per classic motorcycle/ scooter. Any extra persons will be charged Rs. 1500/- per person for Lunch and payment must be sent in advance to us by November 28, 2008, failing which the extra persons will not be accepted at Neemrana Fort Palace. Entry to the venue is controlled and participants must show their lunch coupons to gain entry.

The Drive will be run on the Time-Speed-Distance format where each Vintage & Classic Auto will be given a specific time to cover the approximately 100 Kms distance at a specified average speed depending on the cubic capacity and age of the vehicle.

All participants are requested to park in the designated Parking area in front of the Crowne Plaza Today Gurgaon, Sector 29, National Highway – 8, Gurgaon NCR at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday November 30, 2008. Breakfast will be served from 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. at “Petals”, the front lawns of the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Attached is a Map to the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Our Chief Guest will Flag Off the Heritage Drive to Neemrana Fort Palace at 9:00 a.m.

Lunch at “Uncha Bagh” Neemrana Fort Palace is complimentary for 4 persons (including children) per classic car and 2 persons per classic motorcycle/ scooter. Any extra persons will be charged Rs. 1500/- per person for Lunch and payment must be sent in advance to us by November 28, 2008, failing which the extra persons will not be accepted at Neemrana Fort Palace. The Bar will be on an individual charge basis and payment must be settled individually by participants at the time of ordering. Thank you for shareing the Pictures Jattiji. It is always a pleasure seeing the Rally pictures with the Beautiful cars and their owners. Excellent choice of venue and the Neemrana Fort palace does have a breath takeing view. All in all a good turnout accompanied by perfect weather.
