In June 1983 Alibhai Premji tyrewalla & Co were dealers for Vijai Super and Lambretta Cento scooters, Vikram 3 wheelers, Hero Majestic mopeds and BSA Falcon bikes, as well as Sipani Dolphin cars.



In the 1950s they were also dealers for Norton, James and Royal Enfield motorcycles.

Hormasjee Sorabjee & Sons seen here advertising Oldsmobile and Hotchkiss cars in Bombay. Incidentally he was the great grandfather of Hormazd Sorabjee of Autocar India, who shared the ads.





I have also seen advertisements of the same agency offering Bean and Swift cars.

The spelling of the name has changed to "Hormusji / Hormasji and Sorabji" by 1920. The last advertisement is from The Bombay Chronicle Nov 8, 1920.
