I am looking for a complete (carb ,generator distributor not necessary) engine and trans assembly . The Engines were in the prewar and post war mercedes 170 and 180 (roiundie/ponton) models.
Condition is not particularly important as I will rebuild it but I don't want engines that have been 'grenanded' beyond repair either

Re. The mercedes Engine.. Thank you to those who emailed with engines,parts etc .I have located an engine today in Victoria so the freight cost will still be high ( not as much as from India though I suspect ). Many thanks again!.

Hi Team,

Urgently require the following parts for Lambretta Li 150 and LD 150:

For Li 150 the following parts are required:

1. Horncast with oval hole for the grille
2. Alloy rear tail lamp housing
3. Ally rear tail lamp mounting bar
4. Yenkay Speedometer
5. Original Tool Kit - even if one or two tools are available it will do
6. Any other Li 150 parts available

For LD 150 the following parts are required:

1. Speedometer
2. Blank plate for the hole in the tool box - next to speedometer hole
3. Side panel handle
4. Original / NOS brake and clutch lever
5. Original / NOS LD Badge for front leg shield
6. Original / NOS CEV headlight reflector
7. Original / NOS round taillight
8. Original / NOS Lambretta badge on the spare wheel disc (has holes for 2 rivets)
9. Original / NOS Headlight, HOrn switch
10. Original / NOS Aquila Seat Covers - Black or Tan color
11. Original Tool Kit - even if one or two tools are available it will do
12. Any other LD parts available

They have a good stock of replacement parts (Some original and some aftermarket) for 110's, 123's etc. I placed the order on Thursday May 7th, 2009 and the seller had shipped within an hour of receiving my PayPal payment. I got the parts today on May 12th, 2009 and they are perfect. I paid Rs. 1125 for the star and the spring including shipping.

Hi,
Recently, I ran into two Lambretta (LI 150 Series 2) scooters that would have either rusted away, or gone into the ground, if no one intervened. One is a '73, other is a '74.
Both scooters have already been stripped off their engines and rear wheels, one has a chassis, and the other does not. And both have no papers at all.
A friend and me picked up these bikes as donor vehicles, and most of the remaining parts are available. The parts off these scooters are in pretty good shape, they need repainting only...no rust. Some of the parts available:

I badly need a set or even a pair of WHITE-WALL (NARROW) crossply tyres of 118NE size (5.60-13), and even more importantly, good tubes (new if available or even good used) for the same
note: crossply tubes are different from radials'.

Sunilgee most probably it is available at CST ROAD Mumbai there is a shop deep inside a lane next to pie godown this guy has exclusively hub caps of mercedez also seen with him front grille,monogrammes, side trims, glasses etc. He is known as mercedez wala dookaan.this lane is second if you come from gurudwara side.
