The Morris belonged to Air Vice Marshal Sangar of the Indian Air Force, who was posted here, then. He retired within a few months, in 2004 itself and moved out.

Thank you for the info, any new on the cars present wherabouts, Does Air Vice Marshal K.K. Sangar still owns it ?

The A70 is a car I would love to own !

A 1936 Morris 8 moving through the Nagpur streets. The owner, Mr Thutheja,a senior citizen, is seated on the backseat.



Unfortunately, Mr Thutheja passed away very recently in January 2014. His son is maintaining the car. It was recently repainted and has participated in the CIVAA Republic Day display of 2014, just a few days after Thutheja Senior's death.His son is behind the wheels in the last picture, with a shaved head, as a mark of respect to the departed soul.
