Is this confirmed as the car is claimed to be from Cooch Behar by the restorer.

Could they be two different cars ?

Mr Ghosh, can you share some pictures of OR 05 R 1 (nee WBC 8352) in as-recieved condition?

Here are a few photos I took when I was over at Bumpu "Sir Car" Sircar's Works Monday.

The Citron is going to be ready for the Statesman Rally being held weekend of January 11th. The engine is a work of art and I would be happy, space permitting, to have sitting as a piece of Sculpture in my living room. They were out on a 5 km run to check it out, sounded awesome and once put back together and all polished should be a show stopper! He made up a new wiring harness and then had it woven as it would have come out of the factory. Lots attention to small details!

The Ford is being customized to look like a Ranchero, should be interesting!

I love the citroen engine too!

And even the Ford Ranchero conversion seems to be turning out real good, now this is what I'd call a professional job!

John,

I had been driven in a Citroen Traction Avant sometime in early 2000 in Shipbur, by the owner's son; the owner was a lawyer named Mukherjee, who wanted to sell it to a car lover. I am wondering if this Traction Avant is the same one. I am not a 100% sure, but am fairly certain that it was an LHD. That Avant was black and in pristine condition.

Do you think a word from Mr. Sircar or Indrojeet might clarify?

Regards
