Now here is half a photo of a car from Bombay, can anybody guess what car this is ?

The picture should to be from world war II era as the fenders have been painted white on the borders.

Came across this picture of a late 1930s V8 Ford shared on a facebook page Satya Sai Baba. Note the old Bangalore registration.

I've never seen anything quite like it! Superb

The white paint on the fenders usually was seen in Calcutta and Delhi? Subject to correction.

Got this lovely old photograph from an elderly neighbor, now in her 80s, yesterday, of her father(in suit and tie) and his Standard flying 8, taken in Madras! Her uncle, incidentally, was late Mr K Gopalakrishna, founder MD of Standard Motor Products of India. She had a 1961 Herald, one of the first in the country, which she drove until she sold it, for a pittance, in 2010! Sadly no pics of that around!
