Unfortunately neither can aspire to be an M.P.; or go to Parliament!

More like a mid 20s Packard for sure and a great snaps . The second snap of the Life looks to be a Ford on water tanker duty or alcohol / kerosene - see the rear curved Barrel holders

Sadly the parliament is running a mock with the Cows and the Bulls which ferry the carts . Somebody saw the future at that time only . With the carts it would be too crowded

Cheers

Karl,
Could that be a pre 1947 Fiat as I have not seen a BOM temporary before. All the ones I have are BMB from the 1947 series.
Cheers

Thanks Moralfibre.

Isn't this the 1949 Cadillac conv which was recently restored and now in Bombay; black with red leather interiors? Took part in Cartier?

The car attached in the first picture by Travancore and the Black restored Cartier are the same car . Unless the connection is established with the period B&W picture that someone was shot in it or something similar to what I mention then all the snaps lead to the same car.

There was a hole in the windscreen thru and thru to the seat

Cheers
