The Pontiac looks great. There was a similar Grand Parisienne in Poona for decades with an industrialist family, sold a couple of years ago. Wonder where it went. It used to be dark green, then painted maroon after being sold. I think pillarless 4 door.

While there are obvious flaws, its great to see a vehicle of this vintage still running, and looking fairly good, especially since it is owned by the Fire Dept. And the Dodge is a refreshing change from the usual Austins and Model As

This freshly restored 1940 Silver Dodge is for sale but the asking price is a bit steep (10L)

Karl, the Lucknow Parisienne is ex Mahatir Mohd.

Dear Sir,
Pervez Kherawala was unfortunately not well and could not attend. Though quite senior I know him quite well

I hope the fellow bhpians take advice from u before plunging into that Dodge.

Merry Weather Fire Engine owned by the Fire Department has problems with the wheels as the rubber in the last 99 years is almost gone. We've been trying to find a solution to recoat the rubber on the wheels. I,ve been told this can be done in Chennai. Can anyone guide with the details. It would be a great support

I wouldn't advise anybody to go for the Dodge as looks can be deceiving.

Here's a photo of Parvez Kherawala (white shirt) with his 1934 Austin. This pic is from the 2006 Lucknow Vintage Rally. Mr. Kherawala has one of the oldest and reputed machine shops in Lucknow and he did all the machine work on our two Ford A engines.

As per my knowledge the red and black color combination Topolino is owned by Mr. Chauhan (vintageman) and the Red and cream colored 500c is owned by Mr Akhilesh Agarwal.

Lovely mind blowing cars there. Lots of Fiat cars that can join the Meets/Rally of Fiat Club Lucknow(FCL)!

Yes Sir,
Good to see a professional brother on the forum. Willys was used for the Car Rally on CA day hence the sticker. Very correctly caught.
