Those meters look so nice. Will take the car to next level. Were they imported?

There are tiny run-time issues with the car, but overall, its good to go.

Saw this car today. Paint job is coming out really well with all the hard work the guys are doing on it. Was wondering can a 6 feet tall human being sit inside this car?

Have a blast tomorrow and I'm sure that she deserves to be the Chief Guest to unveil the mouse.

We sure had a blast today

Almost 70 kms today and the car never broke a sweat, and finally reached the owners garage.

Will post some better pics later.

Re: Pilots & his 1950 Mouse Restoration - Fiat Topolino Delivered

Hello All!

My Dad's very first car, the 1950 FIAT 500C Topolino comes home!!! Enjoy these pics. More on the way. Thanks to Pavan and the FIAT Club Bangalore for all their interest and enthusiasm!!

A Myth busted...the TOPLINO engine can be fixed! We ran her almost 100kms at speeds of 40-60 and she still runs strong!!

Pavan Anna ,

I hope i am not going over board but in below, gear knob is missing or was it a precious part that you hide it for the fear of getting stolen ( En circled in Red )
Apologies if i sound stupid with the above nit picking .

And congrats for getting the mouse running again .

Firstly a BIG thanks to Fiat Club Bangalore - Sujith Thomas and Arun Srinivasan. These both guys gave me 3 sleepless nights at the workshop. They made sure, i get this car for the Show at any cost. Thanks guys for being the motivation and a reason behind this.

If you observe carefully, thats not the gear lever, thats the Jack Rod

The gear lever is under fabrication, should take a while for that to go in.

The most important part for me is

1) The car ran without breaking a sweat from morning till evening, many of them Test drove it, and it was holding its fort.

2) The smile on Joy's and his Family's face was something else.

I am glad that i could bring back those Nostalgic moments his folks spent in that little car 40 years ago, To my shock, Joy's dad drove the car, and he was overjoyed.

There are few things in life, well they are PRICELESS
