The TMB L-312 did have an FC version, as is seen below.

Yes FINTAIL, the earliest model came with only the three pointed star logo.

The second picture with the Telco badge is of a later model from 1969 or so, with a very short model life. Then by 1970-71, there was again a change and this model had a longer life.

I have seen these FC Merc trucks / busses in person at Raipur Nagar Nigam. These looked like the earlier models as posted by Shyam. Have not seen the later ones tough.

Why I call trucks, cause there was one with a crew cab, must have been a local conversion. Wish I had a camera then.

Brigade road, Bangalore.

A walk away from the MG Road and the Metro Station. And my most favorite artefacts centre. Cauvery.

Shame that area is clogged up with flyovers- courtesy the damned Metro.

How I miss Bangalore! Every summer afternoon of mine used to go in lazily strolling down Brigade road. Getting lost with my cousins. And keeping on buying books at Higginbothams. Higginbothams is now totally hidden by that damned Metro.

The Barton Center one was a good remembrance since I used to travel on MG Road daily to school during the 80's/90's and when I saw this picture is when I remembered BPL-India .
