Hi Everyone,

On 27th February 2011 I went to Jaipur (130km away) to attend 13th Vintage and Classic Car Rally.

It was a great experience. There were around 100 cars and few other imports.

Audi showcased its A8 and the new R8 (V10). I entered the parking and saw an Audi Q7, 2 Audi Q5’s, Audi A6 and a BMW X1.

Then I entered the campus. WOOOO! First sight was the 2007 Toyota Mr-s then I turned and saw a Mustang, Rolls Royce, Jaguars, Ferrari, Fords and many more.

A jaw dropping scene…

Then I stood on the gate and saw each and every car. I took my DSLR out and asked my dad to keep my camera bag. I started clicking all the cars..!

I couldn’t stop myself before taking pictures of each and every car present there.. I was able to manage to click ONLY! 300 photos but posting 160..

Soon Mrs. Bina Kak came driving an 1967 Cadillac and saw Mr. Ashok Gehlot getting out of an old ambassador.

Then all cars started getting in line. Meanwhile from the back gate Audi R8 was going back to the showroom. It was being revved high..!

The Ferrari also got lined up. The sound from the muffers was WOW!

I was able to get a ride in Holden Kingswood and Mercedes.

Traffic was a bit controlled at few places but we were able to meet with traffic jams caused by few vintage cars which stopped due to different reasons

I was in a boat (Blue Mercedes). The car was at 60kmph to 100kmph. It gave me a good back pain.

The way from Jai Mahal Palace to Ramghar Lodge was quite boring.

We reached Ramghar Lodge..

Had a small talk with few of the car owners and headed towards the restaurant.

They were serving cold drinks and beer. Soon we started having lunch. It was pretty good.

We spent some time roaming around. Saw people fixing their cars, Cooling them down

Then we started moving towards Clarks Hotel. There we reached and the prize distribution was going to take place.

I was having back pain because of that 6 cyl. Boat. So, I called my dad and he came there to pick me up.

Sorry, I was not able to attend the prize distribution.
