Are you buying from Mahavir Auto. The Rapid has been on my radar for sometime now. Whats the On Road price in Hyd ?

After one month of dilly dallying, analysis paralysis and "to hell" kind of thoughts - a few broken promises and then the 5k loss to another booking -- I finally booked the Red Ford Figo - Titanium - Diesel. :)

The deal (or the lack of it) i got in Gurgaon was

6.54 on road.
This includes
1. Teflon+anti rust
2. Basic mudflaps and mats (Free -- small mercies)
3. 3rd year extended warranty (Free -- slightly bigger mercy-adjusted against the corporate discount)
4. Zero Dep insurance.

After a long dilly dallying booked and got the delivery of my new Liva.

Others : It was a Aug 2011 model and hence got a discount of 1.3 lakhs.

Took the delivery today, it is the Sparkling Brown Metallic, will open the initial ownership report soon. clap:
The drive to home showed an average of 15kmpl, boy I am excited. lol:
The 'Eco' would certainly help in inducing some sanity in the driving.
Stock ICE is perfect for me. :thumbs

Free Insurance + RSA + EW + cushions
Will pay for reverse sensors and gear lock.

Looks like a superb deal to me.
Can you provide the original otr price and how much discount did you avail on that.

Yup Handling Charges and other routine charges were there in the OTR. I asked for overall discount only. Why will you loose warranty on tires if they come factory fitted? Luckily for us in Hyderabad, that dealer was having stock of the spoiler.

@john Was surprised to know that you bought an year old car, can you let us know the reason for the same? I hope you must have ensured that its not a demo car or car thats been lying in the yard for long.

10.99 Laks is listed OTR which includes insurance, RSA +EW.

10.99-10.27 = 73k discount

No idea why I lose the warranty, but I do apparently. Have you fit the spoiler? A sneak peek of the rear please:

The Spoiler was fitted before we took the delivery. the dealer had stock of one more set last week. If anyone needs the kit, I can check and bring with me to Pune. If the dealer get a lot of Jazz, check for ones with the tires you want. Changing tires with same size does not void any warranty as far as I know.

Infact I am yet to see the pics of the car. My sisters are not sending them to me. They are keeping it as surprise. This is the only one I have as of now. I will be going this week so will post some more then.

Hmmmm, I think I'll push for a Jazz with Michelins then. Issue being these guys claim to only get 2-3 Jazz's a month. So can't be really picky. Do post a pic with the spoiler once you get it. :D

I stay in Bangalore and the stalemate over the colour still exists. Spoiler on the Urban Titanium will look a tad bit odd IMO. :)
