Congrats ...is the C220 also available in Avangarde? I thought it was only the C250 in that trim

The C250 is discontinued now.

Apparently C250 was sharing the same engine as the E series and didnt help its sales. So C220 is the only available diesel heart in the C Class Variant.

After waiting and waiting for the Ecosport from December 2012 and with latest news pointing to a June launch, we could not wait that long.

Thanks Rudra, I don't like to brag about high numbers in public, and that's why I've taken a low-profile car instead of the obvious choices like BMW 520d, Merc E class or Audi A6.

It's the "under 50L" segment, and if you negotiate well, you can get heavy discounts as well; that's all I can say! :)

Yup, I copied BoeingDriver's post and realised after the 20 minute edit window !lol:

We have only paid a booking amount of 10k for now. The current offer on the Ertiga is 15k discount and 10k exchange bonus. Since the period till April 15th is considered inauspicious, we will get whatever offers are applicable at the time of full payment.

The on road price without discounts is 10.2L thanks in no good measure to KA's killer road tax. :deadhorse

On another note - What accessories should we bargain for ? I have parking sensors in my mind, any other pointers ?
