May I know the reason for not picking up the Alpha variant? The Projetor/DRL headlights are drool worthy.

Also, please check with your NEXA dealer if they can offer exchange of stock Baleno alloys with Ciaz's Diamond cut 16" alloys.

The projector headlamps as well as DRL are definitely desirable features. But the budget we fixed for our new car was 8 lakh. Since we were not planning to take a car loan, an extra 1 lakh Rupees for these 'cosmetic' features did not make much sense. So decided to go for Zeta variant and then add an android auto infotainment system, the only feature I missed in Zeta. The delivery is scheduled on Saturday.

Update: Insurance is arranged, delivery expected on Christmas Day! Dealer gave me an additional discount of 8000, for botching up the interest rate on the Loan.

I am looking to buy the same but am concerned on the NVH levels.

My main use would be for long drives with family. Have heard that there is prominent outside noise which filters in cabin. Is it a deal breaker? Can it be fixed later?

Unfortunately, had to cancel the booking altogether as none of the color options we wanted is available. Somehow, we couldn't make up our heart to go the mind way, and book the dull white or silver. This car pleads to buy it in Black (there are not many cars this side of 15L bracket that carry black as beautifully as the new Verna).

So, the hunt for a new car will resume next year. And now, Rapid (onyx) is in the race as well.

Quoting my own post here - this deal most likey is off since on checking the VIN, the car turned out to be one manufactured in July. I was promised a 20-30 day old car but July was far too much. The dealer offered an explanation that it was sitting at the plant and that it was sold to them 20days ago but I didn't feel comfortable with that.

He is looking for a newer car, which if he finds will have to be purchased within the year end for the discount to be applicable. With just 2 days to go, I'm not so sure if this will work out.

Any news on your JTP? Did you get/ getting delivery today (being the expected date of delivery)?
