Hey, If I go with what my sales advisor told me and the details present in the hyundai website, the turbo petrol model is getting only 3 colors (Polar white with black roof, Orange with black roof and the New Deep forest) and not the monotone colors present in the NA petrol and diesel models. Did you got any confirmation on the Red mulberry choice of yours?
Personally, I also want the Red color. But in case if it is only getting these limited colors in the turbo petrol model, I might have to reconsider my booking.
And yes, I also dont like the Grey alloys in the turbo petrol model.

I did not have this impression when I had booked the car. Per the initial mini brochure which they showed me, only the Forest Green is exclusive to the Turbo variant. The dual tones would most probably be available in the SX(I could be wrong) but then again the Turbo comes only in the SX and SX(O) variant. So I don't see why they cannot deliver red to you. Check with another dealer if you can.
In case what you say turns out to be true I might cancel as well.

Cancelled my Harrier booking earlier in the week. Should get the refund credited by tomorrow.

Priorities have changed. Situations have gone for a toss.

Dream cars will have to wait.

I hope these guys gave you a special treatment as the automobile market is in a really bad shape due to global pandemic.

No I didn't receive any special treatment as such except for I received call from 3 different sales person from same showroom once I enquired about the car.

It's force of habit. MM/DD/YYYY format is used in my office on all the documents.

Congrats to you and your brother-in-law!

Regarding the variant, isn't it 1.5 HTX CVT? The CVT isn't available in HTK and starts from HTX onwards, unless KIA has rejigged the variants now.

Is the HTK available in black or is it the HTX only which is available in the black and CVT option ?

Few people would remember me looking to buy a new car. The search started from Skoda Kodiaq then went on to a TD vehicle from BMW - and ended up buying a brand new one instead. Only glitch is - booked the car almost 3 months back, the EMIs started last month, but haven't received the car yet because of the current situation with transports. Had to buy it from an out of state dealer because of high handed attitude of the local BMW dealer.

Make : BMW
Model : 6 GT
Variant : 630D M Sport BSVI
Fuel : Diesel
Booking Date : 10/03/2020
Color : Bluestone Metallic
Expected Delivery Date : God knows when
Freebies : None
Accessories Planned: Not sure what to get

Dealership : Mandhan Motors, Raipur

Congratulations on the new Beemer Samyak! Hoping to see a ownership thread soon. Quite an insane machine you bought yourself. Good Luck for the many, many happy miles to come that is, once the car is delivered .

Apologies for quoting wrong variant. It is HTX.

Hello Dear Fellas,
After a short test drive yesterday I booked;

Make : Skoda
Model : Rapid
Variant : Rider 1.0 TSI
Fuel : Petrol
Booking Date : 01/06/2020
Color : Candy White
Dealership: Akoya Skoda, Pune
Booking Amount: INR 25,000/-
On-Road Price: INR 8,82,000
Expected Delivery Date : 15-20 days, as I have been told
Freebies : None
Accessories Planned: Just a set of Skoda make Alloys ( Rider variant comes with Steel Wheels)

Have been waiting for a long time to book the "right" car. This seemed to be the perfect bang for the buck, and I do consider myself an enthusiast like many others here, and i believe the man and machine will take care of each other.

Congrats! this is like the perfect VFM car. I assume no discounts on this. It would be great if you can answer a few things about your deal.

Did they waive handling charges or did you get insurance from outside? Did you opt for Skoda Shield or extended warranty?
