The offer is valid here. The 17K benefit is 13K insurance + 4K corporate discount. I can't avail of corporate discount. 10K exchange bonus is valid only if I sell car to Tata's own used car section. I'll get a better price outside that will offset that 10K. So all I get is free insurance worth 13.6K and the 2K-100K worth assured gift from slogan contest. Thanks though! :thumbs up
