It was long standing desire for me to go for Safari. However due to various offers I evaluated 2 other cars last week 1. Fiesta Limited Edition 2. Tata Manza QJet Aura+. But when I visited Tata Showroom, I cannot resist myself to look into Safari LX display car. It was coming one lakh more than Aura+ Manza due to recent reduced rate.

However, my initial plan was to wait till next year and go for Safari GX 4X4, could not hold that much. So, it is Cycus Grey Safari LX for me. clap:

Myself, 2 collegues and atleast 3-5 other friends who have booked the Palio's are waiting with fingers crossed. We still dont yet know who the lucky 40+ guys are who would be delivered the Palios this month.

For me it is not Sedan to SUV it is Maruti 800 to SUV :D. Safari LX at Bangalore after discount around 9,15,500 approx. Thanks to killer road tax in Karnataka.

errr....I did! i scoured all pages of this thread as well. The reason that the dealer gave me was that Toyota produces less high variants with the red metallic mica color as opposed to other variant/color choices. This is ridiculous if you ask me. If they cannot provide a certain color then why even have it on the brochure? Please help/guide....someone? anyone?
