The Trail de South covered Coimbatore, Munnar, Kochi, Madurai, Karaikudi, Pondicherry and Chennai, before heading back home to Bangalore.

BHPian KPS recently shared this with other enthusiasts.

Lovely to be back home after a 1307 miles or 2091 km trip to Coimbatore, Munnar, Kochi, Madurai, Karaikudi, Pondicherry, Chennai and back home to Bangalore.

The Daimler was outstanding on this trip. It's a great Touring car, with more than adequate power, very smooth and a pleasure to drive. The pre-selector gearbox is fantastic and easy to use. Overall very comfortable.

Lots of cherished memories of this wonderful trip, Trail de South.

At Coimbatore, the start of the Trail

Munnar

Fort Kochi, at the house where Vasco da Gama lived and died
