2021 Ducati Hypermotard 950 launched at Rs 12.99 lakh

Both variants of the 2021 Ducati Hypermotard 950 are powered by a 937cc, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that is lighter and more powerful than the previous iteration.

Ducati India has launched the 2021 Hypermotard 950. The motorcycle is available in two variants - RVE and SP. The former has been priced at Rs 12.99 lakh whereas the latter retails at Rs 16.24 lakh (ex-showroom).

Both variants of the 2021 Ducati Hypermotard 950 are powered by a 937cc, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that is lighter and more powerful than the previous iteration. It has been tuned to produce 112 BHP @ 9,000 rpm and 96 Nm @ 7,250 rpm.

The 2021 Ducati Hypermotard 950 uses a new steel trellis frame that is connected to the rear sub-frame. The motorcycle also features a single-sided swingarm. While the RVE model comes with aluminium wheels fitted with Pirelli Diablo Rosso III tyres, the SP variant has lightweight forged Marchesini wheels that use Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP tyres.

In terms of electronics, the 2021 Hypermotard 950 comes with a 6-axis IMU, cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control, bi-directional quick-shifter and 3 riding modes - Sport, Touring and Urban.

The RVE model is available in a Ducati Red colour with a red frame and black wheels with a “Graffiti” livery. On the other hand, the SP variant has a special SP paint scheme with a red frame and black wheels.
