2021 Jawa Forty Two launched at Rs. 1.84 lakh

The Forty Two gets various cosmetic as well as mechanical updates.

The Jawa Forty Two has been updated for the 2021 model year. The bike is priced at Rs. 1,83,942 (ex-showroom, India).

The updated Jawa Forty Two gets various cosmetic changes including alloy wheels that are available as an optional accessory. Besides this, the bike gets a black headlamp bezel and a black exhaust, front telescopic fork finished in black and blacked-out engine and crankcase. It also gets three new colour options with a pinstripe on the fuel tank.

The Forty Two comes with bar-end mirrors as standard, while a headlamp grille and fly screen are available as options.

The Forty Two retains its 293cc, single-cylinder engine and 6-speed gearbox combination. However, it now puts out 27 BHP and 27 Nm.

The company also claims to have strengthened the chassis, reworked the exhaust and adjusted the preload in the front suspension. The bike weighs 171 kg.
