Royal Enfield has updated its product line-up for the Japanese market. The company has launched the 2021 model of the Himalayan in the country.

Some of the key highlights of the 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan include the Tripper Navigation system, switchable ABS and the Euro5-compliant engine. The latest iteration of the dual-sport motorcycle is available in 3 new colour options in Japan.

The 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan was introduced in the Indian market at the starting of this year. It is powered by a 411cc, single-cylinder engine that makes 24.3 BHP and 32 Nm. For the transmission, there is a 5-speed gearbox.

Other features of the motorcycle include knuckle guards, split seats, dual-purpose tyres, long-travel suspension, disc brakes at both ends, a rear luggage rack and a windshield.

In India, Royal Enfield has been testing a new variant of the Himalayan. It is expected to be a more road-biased and more affordable model. Reports suggest that the upcoming motorcycle could carry the "Scram 411" moniker.
