2022 Audi A8 L to be launched on July 12, 2022

The A8 L will take on the BMW 7 Series and the Mercedes-Benz S-Class.

Audi has announced that the 2022 A8 L will go on sale in India on July 12, 2022. It will compete with the BMW 7 Series and the Mercedes-Benz S-Class.

The new A8 L will be powered by a 3.0-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with a 48 V mild-hybrid system. It produces 335 BHP and 500 Nm and is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and Audi's Quattro all-wheel-drive system.

The 2022 Audi A8 L comes with a new radiator grille finished in chrome, redesigned front bumper with chrome inserts and reworked LED headlamps. The rear features sleek LED taillights with a light bar that stretches across the width of the car.

Inside, the A8 L gets an updated touchscreen infotainment head unit and dual 10.1-inch screens for rear-seat passengers. The car also gets a folding centre console table and cooler with a bar compartment.
