2022 Mahindra XUV300 with new turbo-petrol engine teased

The 2022 XUV300 is expected to be launched in the Indian market this festive season.

Mahindra has released a teaser of the upcoming 2022 XUV300. The SUV will come with minor cosmetic revisions and a new turbo-petrol engine.

The official teaser image reveals the car’s front fascia, including the rectangular grille with chrome inserts and the new Twin Peaks logo in the centre. The front bumper also gets some chrome treatment, while the triple-pod headlamps with L-shaped LED daytime running lights have been retained. It will also get new 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels.

Mahindra will introduce a new 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine on the XUV300. The revised engine packs 130 BHP and 230 Nm. The SUV will also be offered with the 1.5-litre diesel engine, which puts out 115 BHP and 300 Nm. Transmission options will include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed AMT.

The 2022 XUV300 is expected to be launched in the Indian market this festive season.
