2023 Hyundai Aura facelift launched at Rs. 6.30 lakh

Hyundai is offering the 2023 Aura with automatic headlamps, TPMS and up to 6 airbags.

Last week, Hyundai launched the 2023 Grand i10 NIOS in the Indian market. The carmaker has now announced the prices for the updated Aura compact sedan. 

The 2023 Aura facelift is available in three variants: E, S and SX, with prices starting at Rs. 6,29,600 (ex-showroom). Like the Grand i10 NIOS, the Aura also receives cosmetic updates, especially around the front fascia. The car gets a redesigned grille, bumpers, new L-shaped LED daytime running lights and 15-inch Diamond-cut alloy wheels.

Inside, the Aura gets an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless charger, automatic climate control, cruise control and voice recognition. The car also comes equipped with automatic headlamps, footwell lighting, and a new 3.5-inch MID.

The Aura is available with a 1.2-litre petrol engine that makes 82 BHP @ 6,000 rpm and 114 Nm @ 4,000 rpm. The car also gets a factory-fitted CNG option. When running on CNG, the engine’s output drops to 68 BHP and 95.2 Nm. Both powertrain options are offered with a 5-speed manual transmission. A 5-speed AMT is available on the top variant.

All variants of the Aura come equipped with 4 airbags as standard. Customers also get the option to upgrade to 6 airbags. Additionally, the car gets ESC, VSM, Hill Start Assist Control, and a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System.
