2025 BYD Atto 3 and Seal EVs launched in India

The 2025 BYD Atto 3 is being offered at a special price as part of the brand’s anniversary celebrations.

Chinese EV maker BYD has launched the 2025 edition of the Atto 3 and Seal in India. Bookings are now open for both models. Customers can book the Atto 3 with a token amount of Rs 30,000. The booking amount for the Seal is set at Rs 1.25 lakh.

Coming to the price, the 2025 BYD Atto 3 is being offered at a special price as part of the brand’s anniversary celebrations. The first 3,000 customers can get the EV at the same ex-showroom price as the MY2024 model. Prices for the MY2025 Seal will be announced next month.

The new BYD Atto 3 gets a few updates for the 2025 model year. The electric SUV comes with an all-black interior and ventilated front seats. 

The Atto 3 is available in three variants: Dynamic, Premium, and Superior. The EV comes with a 49.92 kWh and 60.48 kWh battery pack, with a range of 468 km and 521 km, respectively. BYD says the low-voltage battery has been upgraded to a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) unit.

The 2025 BYD Seal gets a power sunshade, an upgraded air-conditioning system with a larger compressor and an air purification unit. Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are now standard. The Premium variant now comes with Frequency Selective Dampers that are said to improve ride comfort.
